A desire to see a great friend again, to be able to embrace one of my sisters from across the world. So I call her, the one who crossed my path, who accompanied me on beautiful walks and arduous climbs. Friends, I’ve known by chance or perhaps for a plan that is already designed for me and I am just discovering it slowly every day. So I open Skyscanner and here is the ticket all ready for my visit to Bangalore, India. Wow! India, so far away and so full of magic! India, a land I’ve never visited, a land of stories told to me by my friend Nisha or by masters like Steve McCurry through his beautiful photographs.
India, another one of one of my dream projects waiting to be realised, another one of my dream destinations, to visit and to capture in my camera. My version of that distant and magical country, where history, mystery, legend all run into one another, creating a colourful masterpiece. One week in Bangalore, one week for my Indian “baptism”!
